To whom it may concern,In response to the complaint for the contract signed for the LeafFilter work According to our ***, the customer was contacted for the scheduling of the installation of the work and had indicated to us about the financing and the questions surrounding the loan
Those specific questions were answered but the customer had asked to cancel the order In our records of all of the customers we have at LeafFilter, it does show that the customers order is cancelled This cancelation took place on Wednesday April *** In closing, in accordance with the e-mail complaint for the direct question about whether the job is cancellis The customers job and order have been cancelled out on April ***, 2015Respectfully,*** ***

We have been working on reaching this customer to move to the next step required to meeting the requirements of her warranty claim and will continue to do so In the meantime the customer can reach out to our service department to schedule ###-###-####

We have spoken to the customer and agreed to inspect and test the system with the customer. Per her request, she’s asked for a few more weeks to assess its performance in various weather conditions. We will call her in several weeks’ time to schedule the follow up inspection.

 This is not my understanding of their proposal. I was told that someone would come and install a deflector system over my door and seal it so it would not leak. Also they were to change the mesh in the system to a larger opening. I will not know its' effectiveness until another snowstorm after it is installed.

In response to the customer's rejection, we apologize for any miscommunication. We did have several items on the list to do to help address her concerns, including swapping the screen at her front door and adding splash guards. We executed this service and inspection on 4/*/17.

The product has been improperly installed twice, the water does not enter the gutters and therefore floods the basement. I do not wish to have this installed a third time.

Upon receipt of the notification from the Revdex.com we reached out to the customer.  The customer has reported performance issues and requested removal of the product and a refund.  We did inform the customer that their concerns did not qualify for warranty relief.  The LeafFilter warranty...

guarantees that it will prevent clogs from occurring inside the gutters.  Being that we could not meet the customer's request we did offer another resolution.  We offered to come out and redo the installation at no cost to the customer.  The customer elected to not accept our offer.Being that we have fulfilled the contract, serviced our installation and offered to redo the installation at no additional cost, we believe we have we have acted responsibly to the situation.  Our offer still stands should the customer reconsider.

We have reached out to the customer and it's been agreed we need to schedule an appointment to investigate his concerns. We will be contacting the customer within 24 hours to set a date and time.

Review: the company representative had me fill out paperwork to get accepted for financing to have gutters done on our home. in doing so he had me fill out paperwork to get the actual cost of the service and material to get the number to get accepted for financing for that amount. the representative said that the finance company would call in 24 hrs to tell me that I was accepted or denied for the financing. at that time that all we were told we were doing was being accepted for financing and once appted they would call and discuss the terms of the loan. actual amount, duration of loan and financing percentage rate. I never received a call to discuss the terms in 24 hrs to decide if I wanted to follow through with the loan and purchase. a week later I got a call to set up a time for installation but I never even got a call to tell me I got qualified for loan and what the exact terms were. at that point I found out that I was approved and it was past 3 days and I could not back out of installation or I had to pay 25 percent of cost for restocking fee. I talked with a person from there corporate office and he said that if I did not pay they would damage my credit and charge me the 25 percent of the cost. I explained I never even got the call to discuss the loan terms he said oh you didnt? and you didnt get a welcome letter,? oh well you should of. he said well now you cant cancel cause its past the 3 days for your contract to cancel. I was told that contract did not go into effect until I was notified of my approval. I wanted to know if I could even afford the payments, now I know it wll be very difficult for me to do so but they threatened to damage my credit that I work very hard for. is this right? did they have the right to just make me accept the loan terms with out discussing the duration actual amount and interest rate. thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: I just want the contract negated and no service provided and no charges rendered.
