I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Leaf Filter did indeed come and install new filters and corrected most of the problems, however, there is still a problem at the garage gutter When it rains, the water drips underneath the gutter I have sent an email to the person who did the repairs, but have had no response There was a message from Mike at Leaf Filter, and I will call home today to see what can be done

Dear Sir/Madam, In response to [redacted] ***’s complaint, we submit the following: 9/11/– [redacted] contracted LeafFilter North Inctoclean out the gutters and clean, seal and realign as needed to the best of ourability; also install LeafFilter Gutter Protection on the existing gutters ofthe home 9/15/– LeafFilter North Incperformed the contractedservices and installed LeafFilter Gutter Protection on the existing gutters ofthe home, including sealing the existing gutters to industry standard11/4/– LeafFilter North representative resealed the seamsas needed for customer satisfactionWe spoke to the customer after the servicewas complete to confirm the service was performed 7/8/– LeafFilter North representative again resealed the seamsas needed for customer satisfactionWe spoke to the after the service wascomplete to confirm the service was performed 7/9/– After receiving notification of the customer’s Revdex.comcomplaint, our Regional Project Manager has scheduled to go out again today to workon the seam again as needed for customer satisfaction The Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty is a no-clog guaranteeon the LeafFilter Gutter Protection productThis warranty does not guaranteethat the gutters, as the house settles and shifts over time, will never leak adinfinitumHowever, in the interest of customer satisfaction, we have visitedthe home on two separate occasions after installation to reseal the seams ofthe gutters at our own expense and no cost to the customer In conclusion, we performed the service and installation ofthe LeafFilter Gutter Protection as contracted by the customer nine months ago.During the course of our installation, we sealed the gutters according toindustry standardFor customer satisfaction we have visited the home twice(and have scheduled to go out a third time today) to reseal the areas ofconcern at no cost to the customerUpon inspection, we have found theLeafFilter product (which carries a lifetime, money-back, no clog guarantee) tobe installed properly and operating as designedMr [redacted] has not had to callour company once since his purchase to have his gutter unclogged because debrishas been allowed to clog the interior of the gutterTherefore, we find nocause to warrant monetary compensation to the customer in this case Please let us know if there is anything further we canprovide to close out this case Respectfully, Joe [redacted] VP of InstallationLeafFilter North, Inc

I have spoken to Ms [redacted] today (3/2/15) atapproximately 1:00p ESTPer our discussion today, it has been agreed that shewill be taking care of any alleged damage/concerns with the driveway herself,as this would not be an issue caused by our system or the work we performed ather home Ms [redacted] did state there are areas where the LeafFilterTMseems to be bucklingWe have agreed to have a localrepresentative come out to her home to inspect and address concerns with ourinstallation as necessaryShe has agreed that it would most effective to waitfor several consecutive days of warm weather before we do soWe have opened anew service on this and are tracking it through our Service Department In closing, it has been agreed that the concern with thedriveway will be addressed by the homeowner and we will address any possibleservice concerns with the LeafFilterTM system through our Service Departmentas soon as the weather permitsIf the customer should have any furtherconcerns, she is welcome to call us back for us to address with her Sincerely, [redacted] Vice-President of InstallationLeafFilterTM North, Inc

We have been working with this customer to resolve the issue and feel we are close to our goal of customer satisfaction We have been out to service the customer's installation and the customer observed the performance during a significant rain While the performance seems to be better than it was previously the customer has requested the installation of a higher flow screen in front of the garage In the interest of achieving our goal we have agreed and are working to schedule that with the customer at the earliest possible date We believe the customer will verify our mutual cooperation to resolve this issue

We have a verbal agreement with the customer on how to resolve the complaint We are currently working on executing the written agreement and have sent it to the customer for review
