Sales person very aggressive and didn't intend to leave my property until I agreed to the sale Installation of gutter filters/covers was completed in May of First time there was significant rainfall, the gutters ran over at the front of the house Installation supervisor came and looked at problem, and indicated that it wasn't the gutter filter/cover at fault The problem was that the roofing material covered the opening in the filter and didn't allow the rainwater to flow into the gutter Said that they didn't do any correction to the problem of the roofing material, but later called and said they would make roofing material correction for an additional service fee In addition, none of the gutter covers have ever worked properly when rainfall is significant Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone

November 22, 2016: They kept their word, so I am too! I have to admit that I was worried about LeafFilter of Nashville, not for the product, because after Dan [redacted] came to my home and showed me the "dog & pony show" I was impressed, but after going on the Revdex.com site, I was scared! But I had a conversation with a man who assured me that we would not be disappointed! Well let me tell you, after the installer, Jose, came out, I also spoke to him and told him that I wanted to be a champion for LeafFilter and was going to express my gratitude in writing for his hard work, and quality workmanship! Jose told me that is why he prefers to work alone because he really takes pride in his workmanship and takes his time to make sure that he seals the gutters well, to further prevent "call backs." Jose really did a terrific job. He was polite and professional. He took his time in the installation, and then walked around the house making a visual inspection to make sure that all was up to snuff! If you can request an installer, I would HIGHLY recommend Jose. After the first good rainfall, there were no leaks that I could see. They worked as designed, and worked efficiently!

If I had anything poor to say, it was that I did feel a bit pressured into signing on the dotted line by Dan, and he was at our house a LONG time! Our appointment didn't begin until 7pm, and he was not leaving until 10:30pm! He really would not let me "think about it" or "save up in the budget" for the expense. He just kept saying, "what will it take for you to accept this offer tonight?" But after all that time, he/they came to an offer for a payment plan that was hard not to accept.

Bottom line, we are very pleased with our LeafFilter system and, best of all, I don't have to get up on that stupid ladder anymore!
