I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, the regional manager called to tell me the person to whom I was sending emails was let go on October and that someone would call me on Wed., Dec20, between the hours of 2:and 4:00. Nobody called until this morning at 8:05. Since I had just gotten out of bed, I was not prepared to discuss business. Therefore, someone will call me at 2:on Friday, Dec22, to discuss the issues I'm having. He also said he would have someone come to the house at 2:on that day.Until someone corrects the problem of water dripping over the sides of the gutters, I am not satisfied that LeafGuard has resolved the problem

Gift card was taken to the customers home by our General Manager and handed directly to the home owner.*** ***

On 10/16/we went to the Customer's home and resolved his service issues

We have spoken with the customer and apologized for any confusion over the fee of $ We have offered to reimburse him for this amount and will be sending him a check in the next few days to cover this

We have reached out to the customer to resolve her service issues She was emailing an email address for an employee that is no longer with the company, therefore we did not receive the original requests for service We have updated the customer with current contact
information

In reviewing our notes we see where the promotion form was mailed to the customer back in October However, we do not have record of receiving the completed and signed form for the customer In the spirit of customer service we have gone ahead and ordered the card for the customer
without delay The certificate was ordered on 2/and the manager spoke with the homeowner The certificate was emailed to the customer the same day and the customer was asked to call us if they did not receive it

We have spoken with Mr*** regarding his issues We sent a service crew last week to repair the area in question Mr. *** expressed to us today that he is satisfied with these repairs

We were able to complete the service for this customer on 9/22/ The clog has been cleared and gutters are flowing properly

I am rejecting this response because:I (*** ***) did not refuse offer made to me to have an independent leak detection company come outThere was a stipulation in the proposal not documented in this letter, that Englert wants my New Home Warranty and my Builder to sign a document and they refuse after they have done their own investigationI have no control over a 3rd party and cannot make these companies sign. *** *** Leafguard stated there was a problem with the gutter system and if I wanted it fixed I would have to reframe my roof, I had sent all documentation and communication to EnglertFurthermore, we still have leaking gutter issues from February 23, and no one has offered to fixWhich is breach of contract and fraudI can provided all communications and documentation to back my claimEnglert, has not made an attempt to provide any proof of their claims, nor have they reached out to repair any leaking issues or except any of investigative documents/communication by both builder, New home warranty and *** *** Leaf Guard

We apologize for any inconvenience Mr*** has experienced in having his system serviced Since the initial complaint we have reached out to Mr*** to address his concerns We serviced his primary concern on 9-19- That evening Mr*** notified us
there was another concern that needed attention We resolved this on 9-20- At this time all service concerns have been addressed Also, Mr*** has the contact information for both managers in his local office should he require any service in the future

We have visited Mr*** home and we offer to do the following,In the rear of the home rep itch the 40’gutter so that the water completely runs outRe-route the front downspout down to the ground on the side of the homePatch the hole in the gutter that the upper downspout was tied intoCheck flashing on entire home.This offer is being done as a courtesy to Mr*** in an effort to make the customer satisfiedPlease call our office if you would like to have these items completed and we will make this a top priority in getting it done

We reached out to the customer regarding his dissatisfaction with the gift card.  We sent him a $100 [redacted] gift card as a replacement.  The customer was happy with this solution.
