Review: I contacted Leafguard of Central New Jersey on 5/12/14 to contract having my gutters cleaned. Spoke with [redacted], we agreed on a fee and scheduled the job for 5/14/14. Leafguard did not show up to do the work and did not call. I then received an invoice for the gutter cleaning at my house that was never done. I phoned Leafguard on 5/27/14 for an explanation. Left a message regarding the situation and I have not heard back from Leafguard.Sorry, I can not recommend this company.Desired Settlement: I need this invoice voided by Leafguard of Central New Jersey

Sorry for any inconvenience. There was a miss communication with the crew that was sent out to do your cleaning.
They never made it out to your home that day and I was never informed of it.
I thought it was done and aproved the invoice.
You can disregard the invoice we sent you.
If you still would like the cleaning done, I would discout our service at 50% off.

Review: Please see below Leaf guard does not work. I need to know how to make this company stand by their product and have customer satisfaction. What do I
Ordered the leafguard system for my home on 01/24/2015. Installed on 01/26/2015. When we got the ice storm on 02/17/2015 the ice cycles formed on the gutters and everything was coming on the decks and steps not going into the gutters. When called and complained they stated that we signed something that stated that the system does not work in the winter. We did not. They come out to the house and stated that it is heat loss of the attic causes the problem and we are the only one in [redacted] having this issue. Leafguard also stated the have this issue in Pittsburgh PA and when asked what did they do for the customer in PA they stated they did nothing for them. If we had known that the gutter system did not work in the winter, we would not have chosen this system. We asked for some kind of reto fitting the system to work in the winter and they do not have anything. They company does not stand by their product and are not willing to make the customer satisfied. We want the issue resolved or take the gutters off. They stated they will not take the gutters off. How do we resolve this matter?Desired Settlement: Fix the problem or take the system out.
