LeafGuard of Maryland, Inc. (“LeafGuard”) wants to apologize for the delay in him receiving the gas card, which he now has. As is the standard process, LeafGuard ordered the gas card through a third-party vendor after the installation of a LeafGuard gutter system. We cannot order the gas card sooner because of the potential cancellation of the contract. Initially, LeafGuard was unaware that the Customer did not receive the originally ordered gas card because it was supposedly sent directly to him from the vendor. Also, due to internal communication issues, LeafGuard’s management team was unable to rectify the missing gas card when the Customer first inquired about the missing gas card. Once LeafGuard’s management team became aware of the missing card, the Office Administrator explained to the Customer that LeafGuard’s management team would take care of the situation. Prior to the Customer filing his complaint, LeafGuard's management team again ordered the gas card, and the Office Administrator explained to the Customer that LeafGuard would get the gas card to him as soon as it arrived. LeafGuard's management team directed the vendor to send the gas card directly to LeafGuard; so, LeafGuard's management team could make sure of its receipt. Yesterday, LeafGuard’s General Manager personally delivered to the Customer’s home the gas card. Again, LeafGuard apologizes for any frustration that the Customer sustained due to the delay in him receiving the gas card. Because the gas card now has been delivered to the Customer’s home, LeafGuard considers this matter closed.
