We just had a Leaf Guard gutter system installed on our house which replaced a +25 year old, dilapidated and damaged, open-gutter system. The three-man crew that came out: Adam, Alex and Troy were extremely, polite, conscientious, hard-working (it was put up on 11/22/14 when it was about 34-degrees outside)and were dedicated to ensuring that the product was put up correctly, accurately, without short-cuts and took the time to inquire if any additional technical or aesthetic touches were needed. They were personable, precise, attentive to detail and checked over the landscape and cleaned-up the entire site of any and all debris that was left behind. I hope that all your crews are like this trio, because those guys really went above and beyond and showed that on-site customer service is a very important and necessary part of a company's public image. Again, the guys were great and I trust that our purchase of Leaf Guard was a good one.
