Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I was denied access to the Vice President or someone who was above the sales manager. I asked for an email or a reasonable way to communicate with higher ups and was told flat out no, and then I was laughed at. When I asked why I couldn't have an email for correspondence I was met with hostility. There needs to be transparency with leaflyI think I should know if someone makes commission off of my business as well. The sales manager isn't appropriate at this time considering I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional instance with said individual. The buck doesnt stop with him, and so, it's not going to stop here with me. I expect to be able to reach a senior higher up if I have a serious problem. An email like I said would of been fine.
