Ms. [redacted] sent me $123 in products I did NOT order, and billed my credit card.  I contacted her on April 24 to discuss this, but she dismissed me saying she would call me back "tomorrow". She did not. On April 28, I contacted Ms. [redacted] again and she said "You keep the skincare. I will write it off." and "It's fine. I promise I will get the difference to u this week." After countless empty promises to reimburse me, I had no choice but to contact the Revdex.com for assistance.  Over five weeks later, Ms. [redacted] informed me that she needed the products returned and told me she would send me a shipping label for my use.  She did not.  But before I could contact her again to remind her, she blocked me so I could make no further inquiries regarding either the shipping label or my money.  I have talked to [redacted] in the Legal Dept. at Mary Kay, and she has apologized for Ms. [redacted]'s "inappropriate and unprofessional behavior" and assured me that corrective measures will be taken.  I consider this matter closed.

The last line of Mrs. [redacted] note says the matter is closed.  I have nothing further to add.

The issue was resolved as Mrs. [redacted] was filing this complaint. I have talked to Mary Kay Corporate many times regarding this issue. I spoke to the legal department as well as the customer care department.
I have refunded Mrs. [redacted] in full. She, however still did not return my products...

as I told her I needed her to do. I told her I was wrong in allowing her to keep the products. She did not send them to me. I received part of the products returned. She still has $123 of product for which she did not pay me.
