Tell us why here.Ms [redacted] ,We did receive your dispute through the credit bureaus on 11/14/and responded with reaffirmation that you owe the debt on 12/6/The second request was received via mail in our office on 12/21/2015, this request however was asking for documentation and we had been waiting for thatThe documentation has been mailed to youThe second request also came within days of your credit bureau dispute and we are not required to reinvestigate the dispute if your disputes are both of the same nature, which was saying that this debt is not yours

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had the impression that the entire costs incurred for the October 20, visit, including all ancillary costs, such as blood work drawn that day, would have been covered under the charity fundAt the time of that visit, I had no insuranceEarlier in 2014, I was told that my COBRA had expired and so my follexams with the oncologist had to be postponedHowever, my oncologist was concerned that I had not seen her for quite some time, so the arrangement was for the charity fund to cover only the October 20, visit which included blood workAfter all that is how an oncologist understands what stage the cancer is in at the moment of the exam.As I have stated in prior correspondence, I paid the additional amount asked of me at the [redacted] because on the date of that visit which was in May 2015, I understood that the $had to be paid as well as my copayment, otherwise I would not have been able to have my pre-surgical testsThis is to the best of my recollectionAs of the date of this letter, I am on a fixed income and paying the amount, even as small as it may seem, will have a deleterious effect Regards, [redacted]

MsW [redacted] ,Healthcare Collections sent you an itemized statement to validate you debt to [redacted] on 9/19/We have also validated this debt through the credit bureaus on 9/14/16, 9/15/16, and 11/10/Thank you

MrC***This account is from an occurrence at John C Lincoln Hospital on 09/06/We did receive your dispute via fax on 6/26/We have requested validation from the original creditor and will forward you that response once it is received We also received disputes from the credit bureaus on 07/03/and responded to thoseThe credit bureau disputes that we received however had a completely different address of [redacted] Hazelwood [redacted] Can you please confirm which address you would like your validation sent to so we may get it to you in a timely manner? Healthcare Collections-I, LLC is license and bonded with the state of ArizonaThank you Mac J [redacted]

Ms.B***We have just recently completed our investigation on this accountThe itemized statement was mailed to you today, July 31, Thank youMac J [redacted]

You received my request for validation through certified mail in NovemberYou are reporting invalidated information

Ms.***Our file with your deletion was submitted to the credit bureaus and again it can take them up to days to update their recordsThanks

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did ask to Healthcare Collections, LLC to validate this alleged debt, so, please see attached debt validation letter as proof. Weather it was mailed on the weekend or not the law considered it mailed and delivered(Texas Common Law), so that point was moot. If it mailed or arrived on Sunday, do they check their mail the following Monday????Anywho, the date it was mailed is 03/14/2015, so that is proof that I asked for debt validation and that haven't as of yet, further violating Texas Finance Code 392.101 and the FDCPA. If it is not removed immediately I will take swift action to the Consumer Financial Protectin Bureau along with legal action. Regards, [redacted]

The business reports that the debt was reaffirmed on 12/06/However, when they received my request on 12/21/they did not have the necessary documentation to provide validationI would like to know how the debt was validated on 12/06/without any documentation to confirm such validation? HCI has never reported this debt to me nor could they provide the requested validation with the day time period as required by lawIf HCI claims that the documentation was submitted in accordance to applicable laws I would also like proof by way of tracking numberI have retained proof of all mailing including mailing and delivery dates which can be verified with the USPS I am demanding that this illegitimate account is removed from my credit report and further attempts to collect this debt is ceased, otherwise I will unjustly incur further damages from the misrepresentation and violations of the application federal and commercial laws governing debt collection

Mr [redacted] ,We are going with the information that our client gave us and the balance of $is still dueYou can pay this by contact us at 602-445-or mailing your payment to [redacted] ***.Thank you

Ms [redacted] This debt is from an occurrence at John C Lincoln Hospital on 09/06/The patient listed is your daughter Demari BoydWe received your letter asking for validation on the account on 03/29/ On 04/25/we mailed you the itemized statement for this visit to [redacted] *** [redacted] *** Phoenix, AZ This was the address indicated on your letter were you wanted to receive our correspondencesIn response to your statement that Healthcare Collections-I, LLC is not licensed and bonded in the state of ArizonaYou can check the AZ DFI website here: [redacted] to see that we are licensed with the state of ArizonaThank you Mac J [redacted]

This hospital bill was only removed from my credit report after contacting the hospital repeatedlyThe date for removal Healthcare Collections gave is incorrectThe only thing reported that you give as reported on the 10/1/date was the verification/update of another account that was already disputedContact with bureaus was made by myself and this information was verifiedIt was only removed the day after contacting the hospital once again on 10/19/and asking them to again direct your company to remove and of course, contacting the Revdex.comBilling the correct person is the responsibility of the hospital and yoursCorrections to this account should have been made when I first received the bill and tried to call the hospital about it but They refused to talk to me about it because it wasn't mine in the first place
