At that time the terms given to the account were C.O.D with a limit of one delivery charged and this was explained to him in person on Nov 2nd On November and of we rendered service to the customer and charged himHe requested to pay off the bill with a monthly payment of $(that bill came to $508.24), we agreed to allow him to do this, however he was reminded that his propane deliveries needed to be paid also and prior to the next fill He was in agreement He came due for a delivery in late January but owed for a bill from a delivery made on January 3rdWhen I called to schedule that delivery and requested payment he became very irate and repeatedly used foul languageI tried to remind him of the one load limit terms but he would not allow me to speakI asked if he wanted to wait for his next delivery to be made on or after February 3rd (when payment was due) and told us to do what we wantI did allow the delivery to be made without payment as I didn’t want him to run out of propane and be without heatI was not aware of his serious medical condition until he filed this complaint Sincerely, [redacted] Credit Mgr
