Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:For over a year I have paid them on time with out a problem. i'v told them repeatedly that I only get my SS check once a month on the third. It appears they chose to ignore this. I can't possibly agree to something that I can't change. I don't know why she has to continue to ignore the facts. If they didn't want the parks business they shouldn't have low bid the price, I'm going to make sure all of my neighbors are aware of this complaint so they can file their own.  thank you in this matter,
[redacted]

Any customer who curses at the women that work in my office should be apologizing for losing their temper. In this case he has decided to stand behind the fact that he is paid only once a month and is unable to pay his bill at this time. He needs to speak directly with me to work out his past due balance. They are being instructed to pass him along to me to avoid any more verbal abuse.
This issue is not about service, delivery or anything else other than his inability to pay us for the fuel and service we have already provided going on three months ago that he has not paid for. I would encourage him to tell his neighbors that Leahy's, who has given the community a competitive rate is happy to have their business but we do expect that our bills get paid in exchange for keeping them warm and safe through this winter.

I am rejecting this response because:i did nor  swear at her at any time. she can say any thing she wants. all I said was"i don't give a S..t what you do, do what ever you want" my bill is currant and on time  as agreed upon.  they should look at their own records before creating a smoke cloud that ism't true.
Sincerely,

At that time the terms given to the account were C.O.D with a limit of one delivery charged and this was explained to him in person on Nov 2nd 2012. On November 15 and 18 of 2013 we...

rendered service to the customer and charged him. He requested to pay off the bill with a monthly payment of $100 (that bill came to $508.24), we agreed to allow him to do this, however he was reminded that his propane deliveries needed to be paid also and prior to the next fill.  He was in agreement.
He came due for a delivery in late January but owed for a bill from a delivery made on January 3rd. When I called to schedule that delivery and requested payment he became very irate and repeatedly used foul language. I tried to remind him of the one load limit terms but he would not allow me to speak. I asked if he wanted to wait for his next delivery to be made on or after February 3rd (when payment was due) and told us to do what we want. I did allow the delivery to be made without payment as I didn’t want him to run out of propane and be without heat. I was not aware of his serious medical condition until he filed this complaint.
Sincerely,

Review: I made an arrangement for propane gas to be delivered and was told that if no one was home the gas could not be delivered unless we left the door opened that the delivery personnel could access the fire place,to this I answered no.I dropped my kids off to school and returned to a note on my door indicating the gas had been delivered and they had shut down the cylinder valve and I should call the office.I did call and was told that I needed to pay approx.$120.00 to have the lock removed.I explained #1 I did not expect gas being no one was home and the door was locked and #2 had I been notified of this policy I would have operated differently.the conversation ended with me being told someone would call back on my phone to discuss the matter.I got no call but two men without official i.d turned up at my door demanding cash to turn the gas on.my present position is that the temp. outside is the 30 degree range my kids are cold leahys fuels inc. is fully paid and my $323.79 worth of gas is held hostage in my tank by leahys fuels of 130 white street danbury ct.Desired Settlement: being that leahys fuels inc was remiss in presenting me with or notifying me of policy I should have my gas released to me in a safe way without any ransom.

Response:

Please be advised that Leahy's Fuels, Inc. has addressed this issue with this customer this morning, November 5, 2013 and has remedied the miscommunication the customer had detailed in the originating complaint with the Revdex.com. This customer came into the office to request a delivery of propane, as they were out of gas on November 1, 2013. This would be the very first delivery Leahy's will make to their customer owned tank since the account was established. At this time my customer service supervisor explained in detail the process of making this delivery to a COD and WILLCALL customer, terms which were by customer request (refused to provide credit information). The customer did pay in advance for the delivery of propane with anticipation that someone would be home for the driver to relit the pilot on the firelog insert. but no one was home at the time of delivery. Therefore as a safety precaution, we left the tank shut off and plugged with a notice for the customer to call our office. We confirmed this morning that there was a misunderstanding with the communication of a turn on charge, expectation of someone being home to allow our technicians in to lite the pilot on the unit and or collection of fees. As a result, we reached a mutual agreement with the customer that we will as a courtesy, waive the turn-on fee and provide the service today, November 5, 2013. We confirmed a time that the customer will be present at home to provide access to the appliance. We thoroughly discussed all fees associated again in the event the customer presents a request with an out-of-gas situation in the future and how to avoid it from happening by effective gauge monitoring, request a delivery prior to running out, etc. We offered automatice delivery as well, but customer decliined. The customer was appeased with this resolution to this issue.

Review: upon opening this account I was told I would be on a 20 day charges which is fine, I told them that I get paid once per month on the third.all charges would be paid on that date. I had some serious electrical issues in nov, 2013, resulting in 2 service calls =$500. I called and made an agreement to pay $100 a month towards this bill plus any propane billed that month, last month and this month "Rosa" calls and states they need a payment, I keep telling her it's not 30 days and I only get paid on the 3rd. my bank pays them on the third and I have never missed a payment, I don;t see why she has to be so much of a pain if i'm sticking to the agreement,if they want to changed the agreement I would have expected them to tell me.I have a terminal cancer and do not really need this aggravation.I don't have any extra money during the month as any spare money goes for transportation to Yale or Sloane-kettering. thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I feel that [redacted] needs some new people techniques.
