Review: I had a leak in an existing skylight. The company gave me a written estimate on 5/*/13 and the work was done on 5/**/13. I paid $300.00 cash for the repair work and was told that there was a one year warranty on the work. After 8 months, the leak began again and after many messages, the [redacted] finally came to look at it. He told me it seemed like a different spot ( it was the exact same spot as first time) and then told me that the roof was leaking because the "dog was sleeping in the room with me and that was causing condensation to build up"?????) I questioned the possibility of this but finally dropped it when the [redacted], said he would try and repair it again. I have a written one year warranty on all parts and labor. This was ona Monday,January [redacted], and he told me he would do the repair on Sunday January **. January [redacted] came and went and although I left several messages on his answering machine, I have not heard from this man.I now must try and find another roofer to start all over again to repair this leak. I shake in fear with every rain until this is fixed. I would like to get my original money back as I will have to pay another roofer to start at the beginning.Desired Settlement: I want my original $300.00 back since the repair was not backed by the stated warranty. I now have to hire another roofer to analyze the leak and start all over again.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I filled a complaint with Revdex.com #[redacted] in January 2014 about a roof repair which had a warranty and then did not hold up. The company eventually came back and did the repair while I wasn't home, and now, several weeks later, my roof is leaking once again ( 3x in less than 1 year with warranty!) Now not only is the roof leaking, but the interior sheetrock is destroyed and I have to find another company to repair my roof.
?I don not want others to have the same issue with inferior work. They are not a reputable company. The owner told me the reason the roof leaked was because the dog slept in my room and "panted." I do not wish for any other consumer to give money to this inferior company.
