I have notified this customer that we will be going out to their property on Monday February 19th to inspect roof and repair it if it is under workmanship warranty we issued.We honor any and all workmanship warranty issues that arise and will continue to do so.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] can be reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses related to complaint of our workmanship as he is requesting as long as a the following items are sent to us for verification :1) a copy of a signed 3,contract by said other roofer and the detailed repair work performed.2) a copy of city permit obtained for said roof repair work.3) a copy of WPI-form obtained for windstorm certification re-inspection for said repair work as required for any work over square feet4) a copy of sheet rock repair contract .5) a copy of flooring repair contract.6) copies of photos of said leak areas and said repairs to interior as well as said roof repairs.We have copies of all contracts, permits, WPI-& Forms that we obtained for our work and would like to verify that reimbursement for repair work being requested was performed as well.We also have photos of interior damages which were from Hurricane Harvey before we commenced our roof installation and would like to verify if area(s) of leak(s) are as stated and new roof installation pictures before, during and at completion.While it is our intention to remedy this complaint we must also verify the complaint is with merit in order for us to agree to resolve accordingly.Respectfully, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: We could not allow our property to be destroyed any further due to a leaking roof so we paid another roofer do what Mr*** should have done to start withMr*** has set numerous appointments to come see the shoddy workmanship he performed but never kept any of them. If he wants to make this right then he can pay the $3,for the roof repair, the $for the sheet rock and $for the flooring I had to spend because of his negligence "for not responding in a professional manner"You, Mr***, have lied to us too many times so your "Sincerest apology" mean nothingThe Engineer you are referring to also seems to havedisappeared too...just like you did
