I am rejecting this response because: The dates are wrong and I have documentation to prove itThe work is far from 90% done and I have the documentation to prove thatI also am insulted by the refund amount and that I was called impatientLandscaping should not take all summer longI would like the business to break down his fees to better understand how these numbers were reached based on the service provided
Our rebuttal to said compliant is: We worked out agreement of $ 1,for landscape services which we started and have already done 90% of workAt no point will we agree to full amount on services that were provided at locationHowever, we will be willing to refund pro rated amount that wasn't
completedWe have yards of Illinois river rock was left to be delivered and spread out plus labor on final for completionIt was $ for rock and dollars for labor to finish project 100%Total of $ is all that's left to completeWe did full clean up, yards of rock, vegetation kill, moved and refurbished existing hardscape, removed existing plant stock that was discussed, trimmed existing plant materialSo, as far as full refund, NO!! I believe this is unnecessary due to waiting for deliver for rock that wasn't in stock from company purchased from and had to match rock that we previously installedHowever, we had it to deliver until we got this noticeWe didn't start initial landscape until 2nd week in June but we finalized end of May on terms and money for jobIt was explained we needed to due a full vegetation kill with spray before start of project which we did in the time before we started project in JuneAfter that we did work and all done as explained previously but didn't have rock to finish and it needed to matchWe waited for about days before new rock got available but it is now at this point due to impatient homeowner after it was explained on what we were waiting onAt no point was this not going to get completed we are and were ready before most recent events.
