May 17,2016 at 10:54 am the trial Formula O Garcinia, and the Pure Garcinia Elite. It is clearly stated in our "Ter** and Conditions" that this is a 14day trail and the customer must call to cancel or they will be charged the full price of $87.31 and $86.41 for the product they received plus be automatically enrolled in our membership program and product will be shipped every 30 days. **.[redacted] has to check the box agreeing to our ter** and conditions.  It is clearly stated what she will be charged.The only call we have received from **.[redacted] indicating any kind of concern about the products and funds was on March 7,2017 of this very month. Had **.[redacted] called in sooner, perhaps months ago with her concern, we could have put a stop to further shipments. Because these transactions have been verified with tracking numbers it does confirm delivery to  **.[redacted]. Because she waited almost 10 months to dispute, there isn’t much more that we can do for her being that she has indeed received three refunds as a courtesy.
