Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when I said rebuild I was referring to reassembleWhich, the reassemble and reinstall was included in the $quoteWhich even though I was refusing to go through with the Work, I was still being told to pay the $which was the price that included all of that work, but the reassemble and reinstall wasn't done so I shouldn't have to pay full price to take it out of the shopI am willing to leave the transmission as is and just pay for what has been done to it so I can take it out of the shop Regards, [redacted] ***

Coxco provided free towing and a free road and lift check. It was confirmed that the problem was the transmission. Mr. [redacted] authorized labor at a cost of $689 which included "remove and dismantle transmission. Internal inspection of parts. Torque converter inspection. Reassemble and install transmission". He has not authorized the parts in order to rebuild the transmission. The quote Mr. [redacted] is referring to does not say "rebuild".

In order to diagnose the problem our mechanics have to take apart the transmission The $charge is for that labor

I did go in and try and repair my truck several times and every time I got it back it was the same thing wrong with itSo the last time I took it in I told them I wanted to watch the mechanic work on itI understand its a liability for me to be in the work area I would have watched from a distancebut they informed me that it was not possible and they still hadn't ordered the part so I would need to wait longerI had told them that they had informed me that the part had been ordered and it was there all I needed to do was take my truck inso when I took my truck in the part was not even there and had not been ordered yetthe reason I wanted to watch the mechanic is because every time I take my truck and leave it something ends up broken or loosetherefor that's the reason I wanted to watchhe was outraged that I would say that his mechanic would do any such thing like thatthen he went and took responsibility that his mechanic did break my hood release switchso that was another item he was suppose to fixbut again he would not let me watch the mechanic so then I proceeded to tell him that I was tired of going back and forth so I was going to call the copshe got very upset and wanted me to leave the propertyall because I wanted to watch the work done on my vehicle that I am paying and have paidall the gas going back and forth because they cant get there stuff togetherall and all the things that were messed up and continue to mess up is my transmission gets stuck even when I switch gearsif im on a hill it wants to roll back ive almost hit several cars like thatalso the steering column broke I was having to switch gears manuallyand this is ridiculous considering the amount of money I have spent with this companythey were paid off by a finance company I feel that's why they don't want to take the time with my vehicle but the company that financed it has a mechanic shop and there mechanics even said ron (the owner) was known to do that get cars in a hurry and not even fix it rightthe mechanic from there said that was not right that they left my vehicle like that

Friday, June 19, Coxco towed the customer's car from another repair shop due to a broken transmission case A road and lift test was performed, at no cost to the customer, and we confirmed that the transmission case was broken However, in order to see what else was w***g
internally, the transmission needed to be dismantled The customer was given a labor estimate to fix the transmission Without dismantling the transmission first, we are not able to give a parts estimate to repair the transmission This was explained to the customer but at that point she did not want to proceed, and had her car towed elsewhere Coxco has served this community for almost years and we take pride in being an honest, family-owned business We work with many of our customers on price, payments, financing, etc If she would like Coxco to repair her transmission at an honest and fair price she is more than welcome to return

Customer dropped off vehicle on 11/20/2017. He authorized the repairs. From my understanding, we talked about his vehicle being picking up on the following week 12/1/2017. The customer was able to pick up the vehicle on 11/29/2107. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience.  [redacted]

On May 13, 2017 Mr. [redacted]' vehicle was towed in.  The free road and lift check was completed, and at that time we informed Mr. [redacted] that the problem was internal within the transmission and we needed him to authorize the cost of the labor to fix the transmission at $689.00.  We obtained...

his authorization and invited Mr. [redacted] in to see the damaged parts.  At that time Mr. [redacted] decided not to have his vehicle fixed.  Coxco has tried several times to contact Mr. [redacted] by phone and certified letters.

MS [redacted] HAD HER 2011 CHEVY EQUINOX TOWED TO COXCO FOR MAJOR MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION REPAIRS AND FOR PAYMENTS THAT WHERE ARRANGED AND MS [redacted] DROVE OFF IN HER VEHICLE .ON NOV.28 2016 THE FUNDS WHERE TAKEN OUT OF COXCO BANK ACCOUNT AND THAT CAUSED COXCO TO PUT A REPO ORDER OUT ON THE VEHICLE, AS OF...

1/11/17 AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN MADE BETWEEN THE TWO FOR PAYMENT AND AS OF NOW I [redacted] BELIEVE EVERY THING IS OK.

On 12/11/17 Coxco towed in 2010 Toyota Yaris.  Same day customer authorized labor for $789.00.  Customer did not authorize parts.  In an attempt to help the customer, Coxco agreed to install customer's used parts.  The sensor the customer refers to was documented bad when the car...

was checked in. Coxco can not refund labor on work that has been completed.  If customer has any other problems Coaco would be glad to assist.

coxco was not aware ms [redacted] was having trouble with her vehical until we got the Revdex.com emain , as of 8/22/16 we have tried to get in touch with her to see what we can can do to solve her problem.[redacted]
