On June 26, *** concrete was to do a Custom concrete job with Color to match drive
way which is dark coffee colorWhen concrete truck arrived *** *** added 200+ lbs of color to mixThis changed the concrete mix and made it weakerThe section that was removed was not creaked and had been there yearsThis last
winter was very mild and did not cause of it to creak
*** *** has not been back to look at work since 6-26-
P.SThe Custom I paid for is not even close
What I now have is walk way that is creaked and color that is not close to matching

We cannot, and will not, guarantee concrete from crackingWe use a top quality,
bag/4000+psi concrete mix, with #rods on 2' spacing for reinforcement, and
joint into sections(this is where it is supposed to crack, and usually all
joints will crack thru), to hopefully limit any stray cracks; but this is
Wisconsin, and we get 4'+ frost in the ground in winter, and this moves/raises
the ground in a way that can crack concrete sometimes, regardless of steps
taken to stop itSometimes concrete will get a crack just from shrinkage while
drying
I'm always sorry if a customer gets a crack, especially the first year, but
there is nothing more, within reason, that I can do to stop themThis is why
we use rods in the concrete to hold it together, straight, if it does crack

Ok how about a 14 foot crack in a y shape?
Mr. [redacted] also said concrete has cut joints, it does not, no cuts were made, instead a Line 3/16 deep was drawn across concrete. The old concrete had cuts, my drive way has cuts, this is just lines drawn.
On 4-22-2014 I meet with concrete inspector for the City of Neenah, he told me that if concrete had been poured properly it would not have cracked. In fact it was done improperly per inspector.
