I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. *** was out here and it turns out that EVERYTHING was done appropriately on LEAPS end and it was another electrician that added the three breakers. *** was quick to get out here today and was polite to deal with, though it was his panel, LEAP had not added those breakersThanks again for the help and please make sure LEAP is given a good rating. Thanks

Mr. [redacted] did contact us a few times. Each time I looked to see if we had done any work at his home. not find any record of Mr. [redacted] in our system. We have been using QuickBooks since we incorporated in 2006.Mr. [redacted] mentioned that our stickers were on his electrical panels. We make it a policy to put our stickers on as many panels as possible in hopes that we will be called to service new customers as well as existing customers. Our partners such as Real Estate professionals, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Radon personal and other Home Contractors place our stickers as well. It appears that the complainant made an assumption that we placed the mis-matched breakers in the panels because our stickers were on them.LEAP Electric may have been to this property at the request of a different owner or contractor. However, it is very unlikely, that our trained Master and Journeyman electricians would make the mistakes that he listed in his Revdex.com complaint. I don’t ever remember having to respond to any complaint to any agency that serves consumers. We work hard at providing safe and reliable service to our customers.Mr. [redacted] mentioned to us that h another electrical contractor, working in his home, made him aware that the improper breakers were in the panels. Review: In both of my sub panels in the basement that were wired by LEAP, there are breakers not rated for the type of panels they are installed in. On the left is "cutler hammer type BR" panel with a few "Square D Homeline" breakers. On the right panel is a "Siemens Type QD" with ;Cutler hasmmer Type BR" and "Square D Homeline" breakers. This is against manufacturers specs, UL specs and needs to be resolved ASAP.

Date of work is not knownDesired Settlement: To Bring my electrical boxes up to code/specs based on manufacturers and UL requirements.
