Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: One of the weeks during which they say I was given to improve, there was a CATASTROPHIC flood, and I had intermittent internet AT BESTThe flood hit on Aug and the area is still recoveringFrom the time period between the 11th and when I was terminated, I kept them informed (as internet access would allow......sometimes from my cellphone), as to the situation I was facingCheck out the news!!!!!! The tests are given at any time, we do not know when or who they are given to until we are notified of the results. The test was given Jul 28, 2016 and her contract was not removed until August 19, 2016. Feedback was given to [redacted] on 7/28/16 after the results were received providing her with 3 weeks to improve. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to proceed with her contract.
