Very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire inspection. Went over basically every square inch of the property and gave explanations of what he was looking at (both good and bad). Easy to talk to about our property concerns. Very reasonably priced. The final report was completed within 24 hours after the property inspection and provided very detailed descriptions with pictures.
