I am sending you this email in regards to the complaint upon our company:Our reservation agreement is only to be responsible for making up losttime at a mutual agreement date .Upon his reservation date he had switchedto a smaller vehicle on both dates ; and when he had decided to only do the
onedate I did try to see at first if he would like to use his remainder balance for a futurereservation and never did receive any response so I did try and explain that I can tryand have his account refunded only $was refunded ,he had used some ofhis credit already ,It is not our Policy to refund deposits or payments when we hold the vehicle for the reservation dateIn our reservation agreement it clearly explains our policies. I am the billing manager at Leaps and Beyond. Mr. [redacted] contacted me by telephone regarding an outstanding, past-due invoice he received. He was very upset from the onset of the conversation. He was upset because he said it was the first time he had seen an invoice from us and was angry about the...

"past-due" stamp. I explained to him that we had emailed the invoices to him through our accounting software and had received a "read" message. When I received no payment or communication, I mailed the invoices to him. He disputed ever receiving the invoices by mail. I apologized and asked him what else I could help him with. He disputed the amount. I attempted to go over the charges; however, he was very upset, called me names and said he was going to report me to the Revdex.com, the Attorney General, and his insurance.
The following day, I had a phone message from Mr. [redacted] insurance, Group Health. I returned the call to Group Health and we went over the dates of service and the account representative with Group Health agreed with the charges I invoiced Mr. [redacted]. The representative thanked me and we ended the conversation.
This is not the first time that Mr. [redacted] has been angry and abusive to staff at LEAPS and Beyond. He was so abusive to our scheduling manager that she refused to engage him in any further conversation.
In summary, LEAPS and Beyond performed services to the [redacted] family, billed correctly for them and invoiced Mr. [redacted] for the patient responsibility. We satisfied his insurance carrier that we invoiced Mr. [redacted] correctly.
