Lear Capital duped my elderly mother out of her savings by conning her into purchasing silver coins with a huge mark up much higher than market value for silver, and they use technical jargon she has no way of understanding to explain how they were ripping her offThey make it very difficult and use pressure tactics to prevent returns for credit

I had been with multiple affiliations of Gold & Silver investment groups. However Lear Capital is NOT one of the company's I had purchased my metals through, NOR NEVER WILL!!! I call them and get some punk 20's-30's year old "kid" on a Saturday, who wants to lip off, smart A reponses, not state name of who he is and refuses to get a supervisor. In addition to that hanging up on customers. They then block your number so you have to used other phones to call them.
Initially the complaint was that the employee(s), affiliates or other was giving out customer information. Issue still has not been resolved and I am still getting calls.

I was looking for a place to pick up some bullion and after searching and contacting a few websites I found Lear. I gave them a call because I prefer purchasing rare metals over the phone this was I am 100% clear on exactly what I am buying. The call was allot quicker than I expected. I did not have to deal with any high pressure sales tactics or any type of bait and switch.

I have since made several purchases and will continue to use lear in the future.

Recently made my first purchase from Lear. The experience was great as the transaction was handled by David Morenfeld. Everything was as it was supposed to be with the metals being delivered when promised. Will be doing more business with David and Lear.
