[redacted] BUYER BEWARE [redacted] "IN SHORT (for those who ***'t like to read)" : Lear Capital has " HIGHEST gold/silver/metals prices/premiums" & worst customer service reps in industry from my years of investing I had been with multiple affiliations of Gold & Silver investment groupsHowever Lear Capital is NOT one of the company's I had purchased my metals through, NOR NEVER WILL!!! I call them and get some punk 20's-30's year old "kid" on a Saturday, who wants to lip off, smart A reponses, not state name of who he is and refuses to get a supervisorIn addition to that hanging up on customersThey then block your number so you have to used other phones to call them Initially the complaint was that the employee(s), affiliates or other was giving out customer informationIssue still has not been resolved and I am still getting calls
Recently made my first purchase from LearThe experience was great as the transaction was handled by David MorenfeldEverything was as it was supposed to be with the metals being delivered when promisedWill be doing more business with David and Lear
I was looking for a place to pick up some bullion and after searching and contacting a few websites I found LearI gave them a call because I prefer purchasing rare metals over the phone this was I am 100% clear on exactly what I am buyingThe call was allot quicker than I expectedI did not have to deal with any high pressure sales tactics or any type of bait and switch I have since made several purchases and will continue to use lear in the future
