However, we provided Mr. [redacted] did receive all services and our terms and conditions state the we do not allow refunds. While it is not our policy to provide refunds after the product has been delivered, it is our policy to have satisfied customers. That is why we have processed a refund for Mr. [redacted]. Revdex.com to get any result. They are not who they say their are. This is the first time I have seen the money back guaranty in writing!! and the services I provided were timely. Their information provided to me was wrong and misleading and the asset manager was incompetent, unorganized only wanting to sell their package.
Their is more but I do not have the time to write a short novel. Consider this closed as I am moving on...

In August, 2015, I received a call on my cellular phone from an individual by the name of [redacted] at Team Lear. Mr. [redacted] claimed that their company was an asset manager for BPO's and foreclosures and I would be given an assignment to complete a BPO (broker price opinion) and then receive a...

property listing located at [redacted], Metairie, LA. I was apprehensive at first because Mr. [redacted] was asking for my credit card number and said that it would be charged $449.00 and that once I completed the BPO and received the property listing and once the property sold I would receive my $449.00 back to me as a credit on the closing statement. Not only did none of this happen, but this company had no rights to this property because the property mentioned supra was given to another brokerage firm. This entire sales pitch was a complete lie. Not only did I not receive the property listing, but I did all the work without an reimbursement through my broker. Mr. [redacted] lied to me when he said in an e-mail to me that "once we receive these assets..." Team Lear NEVER received this asset because when I spoke with listing agent who received the listing, she told me her information about the property came from another company and that she had never heard of Team Lear. She received the listing through a legitimate portfolio company. There are NUMEROUS complaints and warnings about this company on the Internet that I did not discover until after the fact. In fact, this company provided NO SERVICES to me. This company stole $449.00 from me, and I have already reported this company to the FBI. I have also reported this company to the FTC with the following message: Someone from your company by the name of [redacted] just called me with an attempt to give me another false lead. She refused to give me the physical location of your company. That's ok. I'll let the FBI & FTC find you. I now have the name of your manager,  [redacted] & I instructed [redacted] to have him call me today. I also instructed [redacted]e to transfer me to your billing department. She said "they were not in". Your company is now past the 24 hour mark to refund my $449.00 to me that you swindled out of me last August. Your company lied to me when you told me in an e-mail that I would have access to [redacted]  [redacted] and then the listing was given to another broker. I am of the belief that your company lied about having the asset located at [redacted]  [redacted].
