August [redacted] at 2:43pm an email reminder and details of the class was sent to all registrant(exhibit B),3.    The class was attended by the other participants on the date and time of the class(exhibit D)4.    I have issued a refund for the student in question because It seems to be what she desired. And to resolve this issue for all (exhibit C)   Our office is not open on the weekends however, all phone calls are put through to the person on call, after speaking with him he has advised me that he did not receive any calls from this student on that day, if indeed she had called he would have directed her to the correct address (in case she was lost) of the class that  started at 1pm and was indeed in progress until 3pm .All students who do not attend a scheduled class has contacted us to reschedule or receive a credit . As our cancellation policy states a refund will be given if  a student cancels BEFORE the class not AFTER the class was over and they chose not to attend,  via phone calls during office hours Monday –Friday 9am-5pm, there is at any given time 1 person in the office. Im not sure to what number she called, also she did not send an email(or we did not receive an email) to address this at any time. If indeed she had an issue on the weekend im not sure why she did not contact us during the week via email or phone.Please let me know the out come of this complaint , we strive for good customer service at all time and this complaint has been the first in all the years we are in BusinessThank you   Debby C[redacted]Office Manager
