Review: The company and website appear to be a scam. I signed up for [redacted] Homeschool Academy and after I paid my money I could not get on to rest of the site. I tried to email and call and both ways of contact were not working. The phone number is not a working number and the email was kicked back to me. The amount was taken out of my account by [redacted],Inc and when I looked that company up the phone number was also not a working number. This company appears to be a scam. The website if very elaborate so it did not appear to be "fishy" at all and I could not find anything negative about it so I went ahead and signed up. I don't want any other unsuspecting parent to get caught in this trap.Desired Settlement: get the site off the web, they are illegal, taking money and getting personal and credit card informationI would like a refund but I have a feeling that my money is gone

I spoke with a representative yesterday. He called me personally and apologized. They returned my money on 9/9/14 and I told him that I appreciated the quick refund. He said that I should have been able to pay anything as the site was still getting updated with licensing agreements. I told him that I understood that but the contact information should have been accurate. The provided phone number was not a working number and that customer service email was kicked back to me.

Review: I enrolled my child in this home school program, but decided to withdraw before the school year began, before any services were rendered. No testing was completed, no classes assigned, no materials dispersed. I paid misc fees for shipping, media which I haven't used as well as two months of tuition and a registration fee which I understand is non refundable and I accept that as we did register. I am asking for all other monies to be refunded but can't get the company to answer the phone, return messages left by phone or email. I only spoke to a person one time, who stated that they were looking into how much of a refund I am eligible for but haven't heard anything.Desired Settlement: I wish to have all money paid, less the registration fee $75.00, refunded to my credit card. I paid $264.45 7/12/14 (first month tuition, registration fee, misc fees and $175.45 (tuition) on 8/10/14. The second payment was taken automatically due to auto pay which I did not set up.
