Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I see that in one response you offered me half of a refund ($170) and in the other response you sent minutes later you stated that you will not give me a refund, that doesn't make any senseYou did offer me to take the class again free of charge but you can't give me a refund because there were costs that your company had to cover that also doesn't make any sense because how would that help with the costs that you had to coverFor mother's day I received a $gift card for Hal's so that I could take the class again and not have to go through you againLike I emailed you back personally that the only way I will be satisfied is with a refundI will forward you the original emails I sent too before I filed the complaint, it was the only email address I could find even when I googled the company

has different instructors. ALL of the bikes have been looked at and inspected and there was of the bikes that was was shifting a little stiffThat has been correctedWe are constantly maintaining the bikes There is a process in place that we use to keep the bikes up to par for the educational process We would love to have her come back, and make another run at motorcycling.I sent her a letter directly and she declined anything but a refund I am offering a complimentary retake or a $( or 1/2) refund There were expenses that were incurred like a full insurance package that covered her from the start of class Also $incurred that we covered for her required eCourse, that was covered by the school This is the letter that I sent her upon seeing the Revdex.com complaint:Good Morning, Ms***I have spent the morning scouring my email accounts looking for what was sent to me regarding this complaint I have not found anything Please resend what was sent to me.I am very sorry to hear of your poor experience.I just finished reading what you have written to the Revdex.com Again I am sorry to hear this news Let me know how far off I am boiling this down You were treated with disrespect by our instructors #& #and the bikes that you were given to ride were not working properly This is why you feel this is why you were asked to leave the class? I am just trying to boil down what you said in the complaint. Is a full refund the only way that this can be resolved to your satisfaction? What if I offered you to take the class over, with other instructors and a bike of your choosing, at NO CHARGE?Please let me know when you can You do have my attention now and I will do for you what I can. Thanks ahead of time for your attention to this matter *** Please let me know what else I can do to help you come to a conclusion to this matterRick_________________

HI [redacted]
I feel...

bad that [redacted] feels like she was treated with disrespect and bikes that were not working properly. I scoured my email account and I did not receive any contact before seeing the Revdex.com complaint.
I am glad to offer her a complimentary class as a retake.  I will make sure that she has different instructors.
ALL of the bikes have been looked at and inspected and there was 1 of the bikes that was was shifting a little stiff. That has been corrected. We are constantly maintaining the bikes.  There is a process in place that we use to keep the bikes up to par for the educational process.  We would love to have her come back, and make another run at motorcycling.
I sent her a letter directly and she declined anything but a refund.  I am offering a complimentary retake or a $170 ( or 1/2) refund.  There were expenses that were incurred like a full insurance package that covered her from the start of class.  Also $20 incurred that we covered for her required eCourse, that was covered by the school.
This is the letter that I sent her upon seeing the Revdex.com complaint:
Good Morning, Ms. [redacted]I have spent the morning scouring my email accounts looking for what was sent to me regarding this complaint.   I have not found anything.  Please resend what was sent to me.I am very sorry to hear of your poor experience.I just finished reading what you have written to the Revdex.com.  Again I am sorry to hear this news.  Let me know how far off I am boiling this down.  You were treated with disrespect by our instructors #1 & #2 and the bikes that you were given to ride were not working properly.  This is why you feel this is why you were asked to leave the class?  I am just trying to boil down what you said in the complaint. Is a full refund the only way that this can be resolved to your satisfaction? What if I offered you to take the class over, with other instructors and a bike of your choosing, at NO CHARGE?Please let me know when you can.  You do have my attention now and I will do for you what I can. Thanks ahead of time for your attention to this matter
[redacted] Please let me know what else I can do to help you come to a conclusion to this matter
