I had my year old furnace fail last winter and I found them by *** looking for someone I hoped would patch it up and make it through the rest of the winterThe repair cost was more then I was wanting to put into an old unit, I declined the repair, paid the service charge and they priced me options of replacement units
I am not one to quickly spend money and it took me a week of no furnace in the winter to go ahead with the replacementThey installed the new unit professionally and I am happy with the finished jobWill recommend them to others, I am still happy with their work a year later
Along with properly installing the unit a few other things they did well that I noticed and liked
They made a total of visits to my house and they were on timeTardiness is my biggest pet peeve in life and they are punctual
I do not spend a measurable amount of money without thinking about it*** was not pushy at allHe provided the cost for the furnace and let me be to absorb it
They cleaned up after themselvesI noticed the drop cloths on the stairs and hallway floor and when they asked me for a broom to sweep the installation spot I was pleased
My solar water heater was installed years agoWorks great I love it Installation was greatWhat I do not LOVE, was the $1,cost they charged me to remove it, when I needed to put a new shingle roof on...YES, $1, It cost me $for the two men to remove my unit, ( took them min.) , after roofing job, they charged me $to put panel back on: ( took them an hour) THAT'S A *** LOT OF MONEY FOR LABOR Same solar unit I complainedThey said that's their policy I had to use them to retain my warranty I feel $1,was excessive in feesMy suggestion: IF YOU GO SOLAR, AND NEED TO RE ROOF YOUR HOME, DO IT BEFORE YOU GET A PANEL INSTALLED
