***BEWARE [redacted] Recently I received a letter in the mail from " [redacted] " whose parent company is auto showcaseAfter explaining I was looking to finance my car with a man named Dion I was told my payoff amount was considerably higher then what I saw on my side (of which sales tax was quoted from another state then which I lived) I was told I would need a 2,deposit since my credit score was low 700'sI checked my own credit score in which is was higher then they reportedOnce notifying them of the difference I was told the deposit was then for the mileage and age of my carI was told I have hours to respondI asked to speak with a manager about the "shady business dealings" I had been experiencingThe manager just told me he was sorry in a not so sorry voiceI called my dealer, which is something I should have done from the beginning, and was told to watch my credit score for any foul playI called the company back and was laughed at saying they are an A+ rating with this siteNOT ANY MORE YOUR NOT!! Please I hope you read this before you get scammed by this disgrace for a company

I have NEVER seen such horrible customer service After being pushed towards this shop/dealer for repairs it took twice as long which also cause issues with my insurance provider They also insisted they had talked with the insurance company which the adjuster denied & I would support The reason is I had left voicemails & messages at the shop without a return call My agents rep also had told me she had left several messages for Kevin to contact me, all without a return call After making arrangements to bring my vehicle back after they screwed up my wipers Kevin tried to get me to get a rental as it would take several hours to fix Well I left it for him & said I'd wait & talk with their customers about my experience It was at this time he said to me the only calls he returns are those to his cell phone Incredible when he never gave me that number While their body work & repairs were absolutely beautiful, the stress and zero level of customer service was more challenging than anything I have ever encountered That's saying a lot for me after years in the customer service areana I'd rather deal with the post office or DMV
