Hello after reviewing this complaint we determined that *** *** was over charged by her original lender by we have sent *** *** a check for the $via federal express 2day air. We have also sent *** *** an email explaining that we have sent out this refund and she
replied "Thank You"I do believe that our good customer is now completely satisfied

We have spoken with [redacted] and better explained the tax obligation that she does have when purchasing her leased vehicle.  [redacted] now understands that we collected the proper tax to pay to her state.  Ms. [redacted] seems very satisfied and we believe we have resolved this issue...
