BILLING
Leasecomm Corp is not sending out regular bills monthly. Which makes you late on payment and no way to contact them about it... how do you contact them about billing? can anyone help?

If [redacted] is no longer in business, it is your responsibility to contact another security equipment provider in your area for assistance with the equipment. It is LEASECOMM’s position that you signed an Alarm Monitoring Agreement for a term of 48 months, at a base amount of $34.95 per month. LEASECOMM relied on your representation that you were satisfied with the alarm monitoring services and, subsequently, purchased the rights to your Agreement from [redacted] in 2001. After your initial 48-month term ended in 2005, your Agreement began automatically renewing for 12-month terms, pursuant to page 1, section 1 (“Commencement and Monitoring Agreement”).LEASECOMM’s only role in this transaction is to collect the agreed-upon monthly alarm monitoring fee until such time that we receive written notice that you wish to terminate the contract. LEASECOMM will treat your Revdex.com complaint as your termination request, and close your account immediately. We sincerely hope that this solution is satisfactory to you.
