I am not going to keep on repeating what I have said the paast few months. The trucking Company Roderunner is fulfilling their 90-day time they say it takes to do inspections etc. The manufacturer Continental Seatigf is agreeing as soon aS THAT IS OIMPKETED THEY WILL Reimburse ME THE WHOLESALE PORTION OF THE COST OF THE hOME tHEATER PIECES. They do not have to do that...they can simply remake the damaged pieces but they are willing to do this to end this mess. Once thast is done I will need to refund the didfference rto *** *** in monthly payments. Againdon't need to do thid as it was Roderunner...the trucking company that damaged the pieces in delivery to *** ***s end cusrtomer. Hopefully this happens rapidly. *** ***
Good afternoon Revdex.com. Furniture was ordered as desired...shipped,,,delivered by Roderunnwer Trucking comopany. The issus is with the trucking service and their final delivery folks. They damaged the furniturere in delivery at the end clients home,,,NOT me. It is bneing handled
by the manufacture(claimant_) and the Roderunner trucking company. Mu undwerstNDING FROM THE MANUFACTURER IS THAT THEY HAVE CONTACTEED rODERUNNER FOR A REFUND. iT JUST SEEMS TO TAKE LOTS OF TIME. I have been in contact thropughput this situatiom amd Holluy knows of my involvement is NOT my responsibility...it is the delivery folks(Roderunnner. As of last Friday,,,the manufacturer has done the paperwoek and we arer awaiting the refund for the wholesale portion which will then be forwarded to *** ***. *** ***

According to Leather Depot, [redacted] will only do a refund according to the conditions below.1) The manufacture decides to refund Leather Depot OR2) If the manufacture gets paid by their insurance companyIf neither of those scenarios happen, how will I get a full refund? What is [redacted] from Leather Depot intention?Again, I paid [redacted] from Leather Depot directly and believe that Leather Depot, [redacted] should reimburse my company and let him hash it out with the manufacture.Regards,
