I had multiple pieces upholstered by this company. As long as you don't expect your monies worth they are the guy's to use. When I had issues with workmanship, they were not only hard to get ahold of the way of solving the issue is to get defensive and angry. If you have any thing precious to you do not use leather like new..... I you are okay with just okay work.... you have found your company. Please think twice before considering this company. It only took me four thousand dollars to figure this out.
We have a light colored leather sectional that had a section scratched by our dogs. Leather Like New came to look at it and told us it was repairable. We we hesitant but decided to try to repair it as otherwise the sectional was in great condition. They picked up the sectional on a Monday and returned it on Thursday. It looks like a new sectional! Beautiful workmanship, great results. We are 100% pleased with the quality of the work done.
Leather Like New is one of the few companies I can honestly say impressed me. I called multiple leather repair companies to get my Italian leather sofa repaired. No one seemed to have the tools or expertise. I was referred to this company by another repair company and I have to say I am one happy customer. They not only repaired my sofa to look like brand new, but they did it in 24 hours. The staff is extremely helpful and customer service was an experience in which I would hope more companies would implement. [redacted] and [redacted] were very professional, approachable and answered all my questions. They followed up when they said they would and I didn't have to chase them down at any point in the process. I'm truly amazed and will be sending referrals their way!
