Review: I had placed two orders back to back for $50 and $60. With the given shipping method it should have taken no more than a week to arrive. After a few weeks I emailed the company with no response. I go to the website to get a phone number only to find that the website no longer exists. Now I'm out $110 with nothing to show for it.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!

Review: I ORDERED A BELT BUCKLE FROM THIS COMPANY ON 12/15/2013. I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM, SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, OR ANY OTHER CORRESPONDANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES, AND CALLED THEIR CONTACT NUMBER OVER A DOZEN TIMES. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, AND THEY DEDUCTED THE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.Desired Settlement: I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY BANK AND REQUESTED A DISPUTED REFUND. THEY HAVE CREDITED MY ACCOUNT TEMPORARILY, UNTIL THEY CAN REACH THIS BUSINESS. MY GUESS IS, THEY WONT BE ABLE TO. I DONT WANT OR NEED MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE, BUT THEY SHOULD CONTACT MY BANK AND ADMIT THAT THEY NEVER SENT THE ITEM I PAID FOR. I WOULD ALSO LIKE SOME KIND OF DOCUMENTATION STATING THEY WILL NOT RE-CHARGE ME AND WILL REIMBURSE ME OR MY BANK, WHICHEVER IS EASIER AND QUICKER.

Review: I ordered some roller buckles from the company almost a month and a half ago. I have not received my product and have tried to contact the company by email and by phone with no success. I paid for express shipping and after about two weeks I called and the gentleman told me that it would be there next week and he would refund my shipping, well it never showed and he will not respond to my attempts to reach him.Desired Settlement: my money returned.

Review: I ordered products online on 8-9-13 and was billed to my card a total of $50.61 and never received a thing. and calls to company are not taken and unable to leave a message. emails are not responded to also. no contact is available.Desired Settlement: I would love to see my money back but more importantly I would like the website taken down and the guy in charge slapped upside the head. nothing pisses me off more than a thief and a liar. enough said.

Review: I purchased some leather working products on 1-15-2014 and got an e-mail confirming my order. They processed my credit card on 1-17-2014. And this is 1-29-2014 and still have not recieved my product. I have emailed, called to no answer. looked up the website and it does not exist now..... so this is my last resortDesired Settlement: my full amount of 91.50
