My leather furniture was ready to be discarded, unfortunately, I would have had to throw my husband out along with it. I checked out all the products for dyeing old leather and decided on Leather World Technologies. They had the color that was originally on the furniture bought over 15 years ago so I ordered the complete kit and went to work. Actually not much work at all. The result was it was an exact match to the leather on the underneath side of the cushion. I replaced the foam inside each of the cushions so my furniture looks brand new. Now, the cars! I am very pleased with the customer service regarding returns. I ordered a furniture dye kit. I received it quickly, but it was too dark. I contacted the returns department, and received a response within 20 minutes concerning return instructions. I sent the kit back and received my refund promptly. Customer service after the sale is a very important aspect of a reputable company, and I give Leather World a Technologies high marks.

I purchased some custom color-matched leather dye and top coat from a different company for the front seats of my Lexus LS460 and the match was way off and it left a glossy, tacky coating. After looking at it for over a year, I finally decided to give Leather World Tech a try. It was an off the shelf color and it cost much less than the competitor's. But the best part is that the results are simply astounding. This is a very light 'parchment' color and I also applied the matte finish top coat to newly redyed area. I called a few times with some questions as I performed the process and received quick, courteous responses... my seats look like new again and the match is perfect. If/when I ever need to this again I would not even consider any other company. I could not be happier!

I ordered a Custom Color Matched Dye Colorant from them. The sample I sent was in pristine condition. However, the dye I got was way off the mark. It looked too whitewashed. Also, after applying the dye the leather was not feeling as supple even though I followed the recommended steps. My sofa has a high-quality full grain leather. I sent them an email about it, but there was no response from them.

I am very dissatisfied with their product and service.

I have been a long-time customer of Leather World, buying automotive leather dye from the company for at least the past 10 years. I have never had a problem with their products. The dyes are durable and do wonders to restore worn and cracked leather car seats. Recently I made a mistake and bought the wrong color (a shade too dark) dye for one of my cars. I called the company, and Shawn in their customer service department happily sent out a replacement bottle of the correct color. No charge. I will restate: This was my mistake. This is how you buy, for good, a customer's loyalty. Thank you.
