Review: On October 22nd, 2014, I made an online purchase of a jacket through “Leatherhere.com” which promised a deliver of two weeks. Approximately one month later (November 21st), I received an email requesting a complete address (which I had provided at time of order). (I use a post office box and some companies do not send packages to post office boxes.) I provided another address. On November 27th I received another email stating the jacket was shipped. As it turns out, it was sent to the post office box anyway.

When I looked at the item, I was extremely disappointed in the look and quality of the jacket which did not match the picture on the web site and was not of the high quality standard that was described on the web site. On December 1st, I sent an email through the web site requesting instructions on how to return the item because the site states that you need approval to return items if one doesn’t have an account which I did not establish. The web site also states that all emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours. I did not receive a response and therefore wrote again on December 4th requesting return instructions and refund. I did not receive a response.

On December 22nd, I sent an email to Bill Allen, COO of LeatherHERE requesting approval to return the jacket. I also mentioned how I never received responses to my two prior emails. He replied to my email stating he would get back to me shortly and would “fix this”. I have not received any correspondence. On March 23, 2015, I emailed [redacted] again requesting authorization to return the item to receive a full refund and to date he has not replied.Desired Settlement: Instructions and approval on how to return the item along with a full refund in the amount of $214.00. Thank you.

Review: I ordered a women's leather jacket and received it on 5 Sept 2014. The leather jackets was the Gage style, size L, cost $229, Order number [redacted]. It was too small so I contacted LeatherHERE and got a return authorization(#36) to return the item and requested a replacement jacket sized XL. My account shows the item was received by LeatherHERE on 21 Nov which I confirmed with the the USPS. LeatherHERE did have a phone number active when I ordered the jacket but since has no telephone number to contact them for customer service. so email is the only contact method I have at this time. I sent numerous email to them requesting my exchange but no jacket or response was received by me. I even tried to order the jacket in hopes that I received a merchandise credit but that turned out nebulus.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the Gage jacket, black, size XL as promised by them, thanks.

Review: Trying to return an item and the company will not respond to any forms of communication after 3 weeks or tried to assist which is needed in order to return said item.

Review: I contacted [redacted] at leatherhere to make me a leather jacket with custom alterations (a service they offer for free). I informed him I woyld be moving out of the country in 2 weeks and would thay be enough time to make the jacket. He replied very quickly and said yes, if I ordered straight away and to email him when I made the order. I did exactly that on July 2nd, 2015, paying over 233 USD. I atempted to contact [redacted] via email on Monday July 13th. No response. I tried again on Tuesday and Wednesday via email and the phone number I found listed on the Revdex.com website. I still have not received a response (they claim all emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours. I have given sufficient time to respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund, as I am moving out of the country on July 18th. There is not enough time for me to even be rushed my order from California to Pennsylvania. I no longer want the item, as I do not want to encourage a business like this, being a business owner myself.

Review: On March 8. 2015 I order a leather jacket from LeatherHere. I received the product on March 16th, it was the wrong size so I contacted LeatherHere to authorize a return. After getting an okay from [redacted] I returned it via USPS on March 19th. (TRACKING #[redacted]). On April 1st I e-mailed the company for a confirmation that they had indeed received the return. They responded: yes they had. Once a week I called the phone number on their web site leaving a message. no response. On April 21st I contacted them again by e-mail as to the status of my account (#[redacted]). No response. On April 30th I informed LeatherHHere I would begin treating this account as a RIPOFF.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or a refund.

Review: I ordered a leather jacket from this business, a jacket I requested custom changes to (which is what they do...free of charge), at least according to their website. I made every attempt to contact the business before and while my jacket was in production, to make sure these changes were going to be made, but the business failed to respond to 3 emails I sent them, as well as a request for a phone call. The website does not post their business number on their website, and if you want to talk to customer service, you have to submit a form to request a phone call. I did this after 3 failed e-mail attempts, and never got a call back either. About 3 weeks later my jacket came in the mail with neither of the 2 simple customizations I requested made to it. It cost me over 200 dollars, it's not what I wanted/ordered, and it doesn't fit good because the sleeves were not shortened like I needed them to be. Also, I emailed customer service before I placed my order because I had a question on the product that was not answered in the description of the product. I ordered the jacket based on what I was told (that the hoodie was indeed removable from the jacket and not a permanent part of it), but it wasn't. I was sewed in, sort of a mock hoodie, The jacket/hoodie is all one unit and that is NOT what I wanted, which is exactly why I asked that question before ordering. These people do not know their own products and the customer service is AWFUL. Because they did not answer any of my emails or call me, I wrote a review of my experience, which had to be submitted for review first. Needless to say, they did not post my review. It was not a nasty review, just an honest one, hoping it would get their attention. It did not. Before I ordered the product, I received 2 emails from Bill Allen, who was helping me, then just stopped corresponding after I placed my order and they received my money. I will gladly forward all emails from Bill as proof, as well as copies of all emails I sent him.Desired Settlement: I would not only like the jacket replaced with a jacket made the way I wanted it, which includes a removable hoodie, the sleeves shortened, and zippers added to the sleeves. I would also like a phone call and apology and explaination for why my emails and request for a phone call were never returned, preferably from Bill Allen, but will talk to anybody at this point. And free shipping to return this jacket and have my new one shipped to me. And lastly, I would like the production and shipping expedited.

Review: On Oct. 2, 2014 I ordered a leather jacket from leatherhere from their online store site.

Approximately 1 month later I received the leather jacket and it was too small. I emailed the company for a return authorization number which I received and returned the jacket via USPS on November 7, 2014. The USPS tracking number showed that the jacket was received by leatherhere on Nov. 10, 2014. I requested that my funds of $199.00 for the purchase of the jacket be returned to me from a note I had placed inside the return package and numerous emails.

I have called the company on numerous occasions at [redacted] and only receive the answering machine so I leave a message to call me which they have not done.

I have sent numerous emails with little to no response. The company even sent an email stating my check was in the mail via DHL with a tracking number which was not valid. My last email from the company was on Dec. 12, 2014 stating that my refund was approved and to give a few days to process and to return the funds. I am still waiting and have sent numerous more emails to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $199 to be sent to me via certified check.

Review: I ordered a leather jacket for a Christmas gift from leatherhere. My order number was [redacted]. I did not receive my order until some time after Christmas. That would have been ok, but, the jacket was too small. The sleeves were too tight and it seemed to be too small for the size I ordered. I don't believe it was an adult size at all. I made several attempt to contact the company via email and finally got an approval to return the jacket. My authorized return number was 58, authorized for return. I had requested a replacement in the next larger size. I sent my return to the address listed in the email via UPS at a cost to me of $21.47. To my surprise the return was refused at delivery and returned to me unopened. I made several more attempts to contact the company via the website and direct email and have not received a response. I would like to have a full refund of cost to me of the jacket $208.05 plus my return shipping cost of $21.47.As I was filling out this complaint I received an email that a return label will be sent to me. However, I wish to proceed with this complaint to seek assistance because it has taken over 2 months (days short of 3 months) to receive this response.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the cost of the jacket of $208.05 plus shipping cost of $21.47 that I spent on the authorized return that was refused and returned to me. A total refund of $229.51.

Review: I custom ordered a leather jacket April 27. I got immediate responses on sizing, details etc., until I made my payment. than all contact from their end ceased. The jacket was supposed to be shipped in 7-12 days. two weeks later, I contacted them again, this time they said ( by email only) they would ship it that week. It has been 6 weeks- still no jacket. I contacted [redacted], put in a dispute- THEN I got an email from Leather here, saying I needed to close the dispute so they could mail the jacket. Then finally(supposedly) mailed it May 27. I still do not have the jacket- they will not give me a tracking number or reply to any of my numerous attempts to contact anybody in the company. Order #[redacted]

Review: I ordered and paid for a leather jacket in April 2015, order was placed on line, paid through [redacted], never received the jacket, have left numerous phone messages to the company, also contacted [redacted], no answer from LeatherHERE company. Paid $249.00, customer #[redacted].Desired Settlement: REFUND OF $249.0
