To whom this may concern,Customer dropped off their vehicle on May 16th, complaining about vehicle bogging down after driving a little whileThey also complained that the vehicle would not start when parked on an declineUpon diagnosis of the vehicle, we found that the Gem module for
the instrument board was burned out and that the instrument cluster was pulsating on all gaugesUpon checking the fuel pressure we found that the fuel pump and filter needed replacementWe had to wait for the instrument cluster and Gem module to be special orderedUpon completion of the job, the customer did not have sufficient funds to pay for the repairsThe customer gave a $deposit and returned days later with the remaining balanceBefore releasing the vehicle, we had customer road test vehicle before making final paymentThe customer complained of a vibration in the engineWe made him aware that he would need ignition coils to rectify the vibrationThe customer denied any further work to be performed on the vehicleThis vibration had nothing to do with the initial complaint.The customer has also tried to deny payment through disputing the charges for the work completedAfter reviewing all of the documentation, the payment processing center ruled in our favor that the work provided was justified and authorizedWe regret that the customer was not fully satisfied, but we feel that we provided fair service and addressed all problems that were requested from the customer upon initial drop off of the vehicle.Sincerely,

instrument board was burned out and that the instrument cluster was pulsating on all gauges. Upon checking the fuel pressure we found that the fuel pump and filter needed replacement. We had to wait for the instrument cluster and Gem module to be special ordered. Upon completion of the job, the customer did not have sufficient funds to pay for the repairs. The customer gave a $200.00 deposit and returned 5 days later with the remaining balance. Before releasing the vehicle, we had customer road test vehicle before making final payment. The customer complained of a vibration in the engine. We made him aware that he would need ignition coils to rectify the vibration. The customer denied any further work to be performed on the vehicle. This vibration had nothing to do with the initial complaint.The customer has also tried to deny payment through disputing the charges for the work completed.
