We have been delivering firewood to you for more than 5 years. We have records going back to 2006 and I believe we delivered even before that. At that time you were complaining about your previous wood supplier short changing you on wood. We have been in the fire wood business for more than 25 years...

and delivered to mostly repeat customers who are very happy with us as there supplier for firewood. Weather your word was was "professionally stacked or not, we would have known if 1 3/8 cords of wood out of three - one cord loads were missing before it was even dumped out the truck. ( Almost 1/2 cord per load). Included with this letter is a paid receipt for the 570.00 cash that you paid us for the three cords of wood we hauled. One on 10/28/2015 and the last on 11/9/2015. If we felt that any wood was owed to you we would make it right, but do not believe this to be the case.
