I have not received an email back from them since they told me I would be refunded my Shipping Costs of...

$31.95.They wrote:[redacted]
[redacted]They also sent me this:[redacted]  [redacted] [redacted]  I responded and tried to get another model. NO ANSWER!I tried to call and got a very rude Customer Service Rep. I was told that my order was placed over a year ago and they could not refund the $25 layaway order or the Shipping costs of $31.95. She said it was there policy and I looked on their website and there is nothing stated about they couldn't refund my shipping order or transferring the layaway order to a different model.There are many models where the item is discontinued but they have the option where you can place on layaway for $25 and await possible production. Why are they allowed to pay $25 when the item is discontinued and they will just take your money because it has been over 6 months months? Again does not state this on the website.She said she couldn't help me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the only one there. I said you can't just take people's money and not let them purchase something in lieu if the product you want is unavailable. I was then hung up on. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE.
