Hello,

Let me first apologize for the inconvenience.  I will gladly refund your deposit.  Please confirm the name on the card and the last four digits of the card number and card type, I believe that is all I need to process the refund.  Obviously, once processed, it may take...

a couple days to appear on your statement but we will handle the refund asap.  All I ask is you please close this case as resolved once the money is returned to your account.  Thank you.

Hello,
Let me first apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We certainly never intend to mislead anyone or falsely advertise anything.  If I were you, I would want the most amount of money for my vehicle as well.  We do typically pay more than anyone else, it happens...

every day.  You have to understand our situation as well.  Assume someone takes their car to their "brother-in-law's" car dealership and gets an insanely high price or a price well over market value for their vehicle.  We simply can not honor that nor would you.  Unfortunately, one bad apple ruins the bunch because of a few bad customers the same way a couple bad apples ruin the reputation of all car dealers.  I am not saying that is what happened here nor did you do anything wrong.  In the long run, at least we provided validation you received a great offer from one of our competitors.  I can assure you, if we were even close we would beat their price but they missed something on the appraisal in this case and you should take advantage of that and laugh all the way to the bank.  We don't get upset when someone makes us a very low offer on a vehicle, we just go with the higher offer and move on.
Here is what I would like to do to resolve this.  I would like to make up for your time and wasted gas coming to our location.  As a simple good faith offer, can we pay you $100 to resolve this complaint as well as edit the [redacted] review?  Hopefully at the end of the day, you got a great offer from someone else, sold your car for top dollar, and you can get $100 for having us validate the fact you got a great offer.  Sounds pretty fair to me.  If this sounds fair to you, please reply through the Revdex.com so everything is documented and we will resolve this and move on with our lives.  Thank you.

Perfect.  I will process payment today and mail it to the address you provided.  Thank you.  Again, sorry for the inconvenience and I hope once you receive the check, there are no hard feelings and you feel be satisfied with your purchase.  We appreciate your business.

Hello, Let me first apologize for the inconvenience.  We are happy to hear you purchased the truck but we must apologize for the pulling credit issue.  Its standard practice to pull a buyers credit around here especially when taking a vehicle and we dont have the money for it....

It sounds like you provided your info to do so.  However, we obviously had a breakdown of communication on our end if we did something you did not want us to do.  With that being said, the additional credit inquiries will not hurt your credit score as you ultimately entered into a loan agreement.  With that being said, we will still contact the credit bureaus to try and remove the inquiries.  We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and only ask you consider editing or removing your negative online reviews.  We will be happy to provide you with a free oil change on your truck or if you have another car in the driveway that needs one.  Again, truly sorry for the inconvenience but I hope you enjoy your new vehicle.

Hello, I am happy you re-opened the case.  Please read my original message to you.  I asked for you to confirm you agreed with my offer, and to tell me how and where to send the payment.  Once we agreed and this was all documented through the Revdex.com to protect both of us, you would...

then close the case, and we would issue payment.  So please, confirm how and where you want payment to be submitted, I will respond telling you I agree, you close the case, and you will have payment within a couple business days.  Thank you.

Hello, Let me first apologize for the inconvenience.  Obviously we will refund you the $44, no issue there.  Can you please provide me with a little more details?  Are we all square other than the $44 and a [redacted] to [redacted] to clear up our mistake?

Regards,
The Dealership's response is not Adequate. It does not state that they had my deposit for 16 days, That they never quit advertising the Vehicle, That they tried to add on charges after a price was agreed upon. And why they lied about refunding my money initially and at the same time tried to persuade me to buy another Vehicle

The dealership tried to give us a free oil change to remove my review. Absolutely not. What we want is for their illegal credit hard hits to be removed. Not only did they not do that- they insulted me. They went onto my Yelp and tried discrediting my position. They also lied on the review saying the customer was happy. Does it look like we are happy? Lastly, the dealership lied online saying they ultimately got us financed with the [redacted] of our choosing. No they didn't. [redacted] Denied their request because I already had an approval. So they don't want to do what they should which is why this issue is NOT resolved.  Sent from my iPhone

Mr and Mrs [redacted]I submitted the request to [redacted] soon after I received your two forms.  Please see the response from [redacted] below.  Unfortunately they would not accept the Revdex.com complaint as your written request to remove the inquiries.  You will each need to write a letter and send it to us through the Revdex.com so I can forward it to them with the entire package.  Please see a copy of their email below;  I apologize for the inconvenience. [redacted]3:40 PM (5 minutes ago)to meHello, I have received your documents however each consumer will also need to provide a letter requesting this information be removed & a detailed explanation of what took place at the dealership. These are requirements from the bureaus and they will not accept an inquiry dispute without those letters. Please have the consumer’s each write a letter and once you receive them please resubmit all the documents. Thank you,[redacted]Customer Service Representative[redacted]

Regards,
This was and is more than an "Inconvenience". I had to pay my Credit Card company the $500 because of Dealership's stalling tactics. Granted the deposit was finally received but now I have a $500 credit on my card that I had no Intentions of having or using. Dealership should suggest a compromise for their Actions and tactics.

Hello, Let me first apologize for the inconvenience.  I will look into the matter right away.  I want to first confirm you did get your deposit refunded, please advise.  By no means is this an excuse, but we have two dealerships trying to sell cars both online and in person and...

often times, two customers can try to buy the same car at the same time.  Again, truly sorry for the inconvenience if this happened to you.  Let me know about the deposit.  Thank you

Texas Auto has still not provided a channel to send personal identity information in a secure manner. We have attached requested forms with SSN partially redacted as we have no other choice.
Regards,

Hello,Let me first apologize for the inconvenience.  I have called our credit vendor [redacted] to find out exactly what happened.  Obviously Texas Auto pulled your credit.  [redacted] is the legal entity that owns Texas Auto and nobody can tell me where this inquiry came from....

If you dont mind, please provide me with a little more information so we can figure this out.  Which inquiries were under which name or were they the same for both?  Are you sure its a separate inquiry?  I have no reason to doubt you, but in 12 years I have never heard of this.  At a minimum, I have attached a form you need to complete so we can get that inquiry removed ASAP.  If that inquiry is under both of your names, please complete it for each person.  Please complete it and fax it to 713-881-9708 and we will process it for you.  [redacted] also told me they can complete an investigation once they receive the completed forms from us.  I understand we saved you a lot of money by getting you a lower rate than you were pre-approved with though another bank.  To do that, we have to submit your application to the lender we feel will be most competitive based on your credit and the bank makes an inquiry.  This is standard practice and Texas Auto truly only ran your credit once.  Also, because you took out a loan, these inquiries should not negatively effect you whatsoever.  Whether you are purchasing a home, car, or whatever, its typical for them to submit your deal to several lenders to get you the best deal possible,  I believe we accomplished that.  Please complete the form and send it back to us so we can remove the [redacted] inquiry ASAP.  Also, if you have any more info that relates to that inquiry, please let me know so I can do more research and make sure this does not happen again.  Again, we apologize for the inconvenience but we feel like we did the best job possible for you and got you a great financing deal in the process which saved you a lot of money and this should not effect your score in the long run.  Please let us know if we can be of any more help.  Thank you and have a great day.

We have reached out a couple times to resolve their concern.  Please ask the consumer to reply to our emails.  Thank you.
