In regards to complaint [redacted] the follow outcome occurred when I spoke to Mr. [redacted] this afternoon. Lebanon Farms Disposal, Inc. is going to credit Mr. [redacted] for one month of service.  In the future if there is any issues with getting back his lane, due to the weather or circumstances beyond our control, Mr. [redacted] will place his items out along [redacted] Road for our crews to pick up.  This outcome was agreed upon by both our company and Mr. [redacted].  Please let me know if you need any further information. Joshua B[redacted]Lebanon Farms Disposal, Inc.###-###-####

This email is in regards to Mr. [redacted]’s complaint filed against our company ([redacted]).  I left Mr. [redacted] a voicemail today (04/16) to get this issue resolved for him.  I had also left him a voicemail previous to this complaint and never heard back from the...

gentleman. As reference, our company sends a separate, smaller, truck to pickup Mr. [redacted]’s address since we need to go back his private lane for pickup. The truck that picks up the other eight residences on his street it too large to go back his lane and all of those homes set their items along [redacted] Road.   This additional service is done at no additional cost to Mr. [redacted].  If Mr. [redacted] would be willing to place his trash and recycling out alone [redacted] Road, I believe this would help to resolve the issue.   I do agree that there were times that we were unable to get back Mr. [redacted]’s lane this past winter due to all of the snow we received.  Most often it was not  until Monday that we were able to get back his lane, with a smaller truck, to pickup his trash.  I will work with Mr. [redacted] directly and get this issue resolved.  I have left him my office phone number and my personal cell phone number so that he can reach me at any time.  Please keep me updated with any further correspondence you receive. Thank you. Joshua B[redacted]Lebanon Farms Disposal, Inc.###-###-####

Review: We cancelled our service in February 2013, by leaving a message on their machine. Gave them the address and account number to cancel. No trash has been placed for pick up since that time. We received notice dated 03-15-13 that we are delinquent. Called and spoke to [redacted]. She apologized for the cancellation not being taken care of and asked me to place the canister out at the curb for pick up on Monday (our regular day was Friday). The canister sat there Monday and Tuesday (we had snow). I brought it back to the house. 4-15-13 received another notice of our delinquent status. Spoke to [redacted] again on 04-17-13 at 4:08 PM, she recalled the conversation and said to put the canister out with the normal trash pick up on Friday. I did so along with a note stating the canister is for pick up, service is cancelled. Canister was picked up on Friday. Received a message on answering machine on 05-09-13 regarding the unpaid bill. Called on 05-09-13 spoke with [redacted] at 4:28 PM. The canister was picked up and she was going to inform supervisor, [redacted] to have the balance erased. 06-17-13 [redacted] (husband) received call regarding the unpaid balance of $78.39. He told them I would call them back. I called at 4:21 PM 06-17-13 and the account is still outstanding. No balance was erased. She told me she would have to check with the driver to see if trash is being picked up and if the canister was picked up. [redacted] was not available to speak with. He is in and out of the office most of the day.Desired Settlement: We have a balance of $78.39 for services that did not occur. Please have the balance removed and a statement showing a zero balance sent to me.
