I am very sorry for the incident that happened on the 18th.  Our signs do state that the credit card and debit card prices are different than the  cash prices.  This is due, as you probably know, to fees charged every time a card is swapped.  Our margin of profit is very low so...

we can compete with the larger chains.  
We apologize as to the confusion this caused Ms. [redacted].  We pride ourselves on our customer service. This said we will continue to do the fair business and charge more for debit and credit card purchases over cash as this is a practice by many other companies and our price differences are clearly marked.  
We are sorry that she had a bad experience. We have spoken to the employee in question. Our employees are very much customer orientated and trained in right manner that they never use foul language, but I apologies for the error.
