August 11, 2015Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed against us by [redacted] To follow is an explanation of the balance still owed to us by [redacted] .On February 7th [redacted] , and her husband [redacted] **., entered into a loan contract with Lebanon Federal Credit Union With the proceeds to be used to purchase a [redacted] , The contract gave the Credit Union a security interest in the [redacted] .The loan performed poorly and eventually in June of the vehicle was repossessedThe balance owed at the time of repossession was $7,When we received the vehicle it was in poor condition and inoperableBecause of the condition of the vehicle the proceeds of the sale were less than the repossession costs and auction feesThese additional costs were not added to the loan balance, as is usually the case.In conclusion Lebanon Federal Credit Union considers the balance to be validThe terms of the contract state the entire balance of the loan is owed regardless of the disposition of the collateral.Lebanon Federal Credit Union takes a great deal of pride in our reputation and appreciates the opportunity to provide our position on this matterPlease contact us if there are any unanswered questions in this case.Thank you.Sincerely,Tony F.Collections Manager

Federal Credit Union With the proceeds to be used to purchase a 2001 [redacted], The contract gave the Credit Union a security interest in the [redacted].The loan performed poorly and eventually in June of 2010 the vehicle was repossessed. The balance owed at the time of repossession was $7,292.84. When we received the vehicle it was in poor condition and inoperable. Because of the condition of the vehicle the proceeds of the sale were less than the repossession costs and auction fees. These additional costs were not added to the loan balance, as is usually the case.In conclusion Lebanon Federal Credit Union considers the balance to be valid.
