Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Responding to Lebanon Valley Cycles concerning [redacted] ATVJorden the mechanic assessed the problem to be the differential, well he assessed wrong They called me and told me that was the problem They needed $down to order part, I agreed there was no discussion about my other problem with the ATV except the one we about the differential.Mr S [redacted] didn't offer me $100000, but knowing I wasn't satified, his salemen called a day later and offered me $to ward a new A.T.Vthat was all it was talked about.I don't care if he as been in business for yearsIt's wrong in what he did Regards, [redacted]

On April 30, 2015, Mr*** *** brought a *** LTATV to our place of business for repairsOur technician Jordan assessed the problems with the vehicle and our assistant service manager Mike called Mr*** to inform him what Jordan thinks the problem wasMike also discussed
with Mr*** the fact that there is no guarantee that the problem can be solved due to the age of the vehicleMrS*** also told the customer not to waste money fixing a ATV, there is no guaranteeMrS*** also offered Mr*** a $trade in value if Mr*** would decide to purchase a newer and more reliable vehicle.Mr*** decided to have the vehicle fixed and placed a deposit of $down to order partsThe customer was notified that the work to install a new differential in the vehicle was complete but we were not sure the problem was 100% solvedCustomer decided to pick up vehicle and therefore paid his billMrS*** doesn’t recall any confrontation between himself and Mr***.No monies will be refunded due to the fact the work was performed as requested and customer was notified of the possibility that the vehicle could have other issues due to its ageMrS*** would be willing to give a $trade value.MrRichard ES*** has been in business for years and tries to do his best at satisfying his customers.If you should have any questions concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me

I am rejecting this response because:Responding to Lebanon Valley Cycles concerning 1999 [redacted] 500 ATVJorden the mechanic assessed the problem to be the differential, well he assessed wrong.  They called me and told me that was the problem.  They needed $925 down to order part, I agreed there was no discussion about my other problem with the ATV except the one we about the differential.Mr S[redacted] didn't offer me $100000, but knowing I wasn't satified, his salemen called a day later and offered me $1750. to ward a new A.T.V. that was all it was talked about.I don't care if he as been in business for 43 years. It's wrong in what he did.
