For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of 7/28/I have not received a refundThe last time I spoke with *** was beginning of June when he told me he would look into this with his accountant and since then I have not heard back After a couple days I called the store and left a message for him to return my call since he never called me, that's the last time I attempted to take care of getting my refund.Regards,

Thanks for following up.  I checked with [redacted] and this matter has been resolved.  Customer received her refund.

To whom it may concern,Although a check WAS mailed out, it has not yet been cashed/cleared from our account.  Please confirm the customer's address and we will reissue a refund check.Respectfully,[redacted]
