I went to Steve Landers Toyota on 07/27/16 to purchase a new Toyota 4Runner. John Z. tried to sell me a used one valued at $26,000.00 for almost $39,000.00 I asked him how a used 4Runner with over 55,000 miles on it could cost more than a new one with nicer features. He stated that there were thousands of bank fees involved but couldn't show me a breakdown of those fees. I then went to North Point Toyota and purchased a brand new, nicer 4Runner for less than Mr. Z. tried to sell me the used one for. John Z. lied to a disabled veteran and should be required to take ethics training.
