Hello [redacted], We received a complaint letter from Revdex.com today. The case # is [redacted]. Customer’s information is as followed: [redacted]Cape Coral, FL 33909 We called and talked with the customer on the phone today about this case. We explained on the phone...

that we would like to authorize refund if the item is in new condition. However the customer need to send back the item first and provide tracking ID because the item is very expensive. We already promised the customer that the check will be mailed to her after we receive the return item. The customer just shipped out item this afternoon and provided tracking information. We will waiting for the package and mail check to her after we receive it. Please do research on this case and close it as soon as possible.
