This business installed gutters at my home in July, Within less than a week of the installment, and at the first rainstorm, the mitered corner leaked a slow and steady stream of rain water I called the company and reported this issue via a voice message Within a few days I received a voice message from a caller who identified himself as Randy S***, and stated that he had 'fixed the problem' Unfortunately, the fix did not last longDuring the heavy rains compounded with melting snow in the winter of and and 2014-2015, I put a gallon bin under the mitered corner to catch the rain water dripping through itI later lugged the bin away from my foundation and dumped it into a stream on my property Not an easy task! Eventually, I finally resorted to a DYI 'sealer' purchased at a local hardware store That worked for a while but I was soon back to the gallon bin In I decided to purchase a rain barrel in an effort to divert the rain water away from my foundation The gallon bin got tiresome That did not work, as it was still hard for me to divert the collected rain water as the hose was too shortThere were numerous calls made to Sinclair Builders during all of this time ALL of the calls went directly to voice mail On March 13, 2017, I decided I would write to Randy S*** the President of the company I received a note back from him which was dated March 20, The note stated, "Sorry your calls were not returned, you are on the board" My e-mail address and phone number were also requested This information was submitted as requested by the company along with pictures of the mitered corner, which at this point has an even bigger gap I was very happy However, I have not heard another word from Sinclair Builders, in spite of the fact that I wrote a follow up letter to the company on 4/26/The installment of the gutters shows poor workmanship, and a company with a laissez faire attitude towards customersFurther, it shows a disrespect for a customer like me, who also resides in the same community and makes every effort to support local shops and businesses I would never hire this company again, or recommend it I am very disappointed
