had transpired.  Therefor, here is my response to [redacted]'s complaint:[redacted]'s appointment was on a Saturday, August 13th, 2016 @ 10:30.  When she called my salon to make the appt.  She asked "how long the appt. would take for foils," and I told "her a minimum of two hours." She said "no problem." She arrived at 10:30 and had a consultation about what she wanted and she told me that the last time I highlighted her hair (1 yr. prior) that I did not "do enough" because she could not see them.  So I told her I would put twice as much in her hair and she agreed to that.  [redacted], thru out the appt. was very impatient and agitated during her appointment. [redacted] left my shop approximately 2 hours later with her hair soaking wet because she would not allow me to dry it.  Therefore, I could not see the results of her hair!  (wet hair + dry hair are night and day.)The same day @ 5:01 I received a message through messenger on Facebook from [redacted].  the conversation is verbatim as follows: [redacted] writes to me - Aug 13, 2016 @ 5:01 pm (Sat)"My hair turned out way to blonde." " I am thinking of dying it back to Brown.""Did you put a toner on it?"[redacted] writes to me - Aug 14th, 2014 7:41 pm (Sun)"I ended up dying it back to my natural color it was way to blonde my whole head was blonde and I didn't like the way I look sorry."I respond on Monday Aug 15th, 2017 @ 9:27 am "I'm sorry Lynne, I just got these messages.  I very rarely have my phone on on the weekends.  I did not use the toner.  I wish I would have seen it looked like.  You left with it wet and I could not see the end results.  I'm sorry you thought it was "too blonde."  Last time you told me it wasn't enough, so I tried to do more than the last time so it would be "enough." That is the last time I EVER heard or saw [redacted]! since she then proceeded to "un-friend" me on [redacted].  She never asked me for money back or to redo her hair!!I have been in business for 20 years and have never encountered such a situation before.  Obviously, I do know what I am doing and have NEVER been ignorant to any human being in my entire life, inside or outside of my business!!I wish [redacted] the very best in life and with her medical issues! God Bless.I have records of the entire appointment and the messages on my phone.If the Revdex.com decides I was at fault, I will gladly give $65.00 back to [redacted].  I do not believe so. Sincerely, Lecia K.

I am rejecting this response because: this hairdresser did not give me the services that she was suppose to, If I wanted BLONDE hair, then I would have went to [redacted] and have gotten a bottle of hair dye for ten dollars.......she knew not to keep me under the dryer so long, she was told, she must give the money back that I paid for this catastrophe, I did not get the services that I paid good money for. Simply as that, you offer a service, yuo provide the service, making sure my hair was dry has nothing to do with this, also, I gave her a chancew to fix it and she never did, she never put a toner on my hair either, she didnt do anything she was suppose to, she knew better I want my money refunded, and as for going to her place where she works, who cares it is dirty, she never cleans the place so go and see
